The Otago University Science Academy recruits potentially high achieving science students from rural, small, or remote communities all across New Zealand.
At the January camp students attend four evening workshops. At the end of which they have a first crack at short (5 min) podcast with minimal research time.
The podcasts labelled `January Practice’ are these first attempts. The longer podcasts are those they have worked on between January and July camps on top of a full year of NCEA study.
