Complaints Process
OAR FM Dunedin strives to uphold the Code of Broadcasting Standards at all times. If you wish to make a complaint about something you’ve heard on this station, you can write to The Manager, OAR FM, Dunedin Community House, 301 Moray Place, Dunedin or email manager@oar.org.nz within 20 working days of the broadcast.
If you’re not happy with the outcome, you may refer the complaint on to The Complaints Manager at the Broadcasting Standards Authority, PO Box 9213, Wellington 6141, or for more information, visit https://bsa.govt.nz/complaints/make-a-complaint/
If your complaint is about privacy only, or about election programmes, you can direct your complaint directly to the Broadcasting Standards Authority (as above).
