OAR FM’s office and studios are located on Floor 2 (Rua), 43 Princes St, Dunedin 9016. We are one of tenants of Dunedin Community House, which has offices across three floors of the building.
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday: Office closed
We are just 450m from the Bus Hub via Moray Place or George Street. Bus numbers 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 18, 19, 33, 44, 50 & 77 travel to our nearest bus stops on Princes Street. ORC has a handy journey planner to find your best bus route.

Dunedin Community House has a bike rack available in the basement car park.
There are two on-street accessible car parking spaces on Princes Street, near the front door. The nearest parking building is at 54 Moray Place and is operated by Wilsons Parking. There is on-street metered car parking on Moray Place and Princes Street.
Visitors using wheelchairs can easily access 43 Princes Street and our premises on Floor 2. There are two lifts from the lobby and our office entrance is directly ahead on exiting the lift. Our office and two studios can also be accessed by wheelchair users.
