Sofea discusses different study techniques and how they can be implemented into a study routine. She also talks about different aspects of University life such as extracurriculars, academic pressure, and productivity.

This programme is part of Youth Zone on OAR FM, where young people in Ōtepoti Dunedin create their own podcasts & radio shows, gain technical skills, and share their passions with the community.
