Join Vicki Lenihan on Tuesdays at 5pm for an hour of Good sounds, good health – when we’ll hear from locals and folk with local connections about the things they do and the ways they’ve learnt to plan for a healthy future.

There’ll be new and old school, stacked with tracks from local and almost local musicians.
